Instructions for testing the MetaSynx mobile app
How MetaSynx Works
MetaSynx is a multi-terminal MT4 & MT5 trade management app that lets traders control multiple trading accounts from a single mobile app. All communications are secured with 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption.
Components:
- Mobile App - The app you're testing (iOS/Android)
- Relay Server - Secure cloud server with SSL/TLS encryption
- Windows Bridge - Desktop app running on user's VPS
- MT4/MT5 Terminals - Trading platforms with our Expert Advisor installed
The mobile app communicates with the Windows Bridge through our encrypted relay server using secure WebSocket connections (WSS). We never ask for or have access to users' broker login credentials - the EA runs locally on their terminals.
1 Test Environment
We have set up a dedicated test environment for app review:
- A Windows VPS running the MetaSynx Bridge
- Two demo trading accounts connected (no real money)
- Pre-configured connection ready for testing
- All connections secured with 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption
📌 The connected accounts are demo accounts with virtual funds. You can safely test all trading functionality including placing orders, closing positions, and modifying trades.
2 How to Connect
Follow these steps to connect the app to our test environment:
- Open the MetaSynx app on your device
- Copy the connection code provided separately
- Tap "Paste Connection Code" below the Scan QR Code button
- Wait for connection - you should see "Connected" status and the demo accounts will appear

Once connected, you can test the following functionality:
4 Testing Tips
- Place a test trade: Tap the + button → Select a symbol (e.g., EURUSD) → Choose Buy or Sell → Set lot size → Execute
- View positions: Tap on an account card to see its positions, or tap "TOTAL" to see all positions combined
- Close a position: Tap on any position → Tap "Close Position" button
- View charts: Use the Chart tab in the bottom navigation
- Check history: Use the History tab to see closed trades
💡 If the app shows "Reconnecting...", please wait a few seconds. The connection will automatically restore.
5 Security & Privacy
MetaSynx is built with security and privacy as top priorities:
- 256-bit SSL/TLS Encryption - All data transmitted between the app, relay server, and Bridge is encrypted end-to-end
- Zero Data Retention - We never store, access, or have visibility into users' broker credentials, account balances, positions, trading activity, or trade history. All data flows directly between the user's devices through encrypted channels
- Private Room System - Each connection uses a unique, encrypted room ID that only the user's devices can access
- Local Execution - All trade execution happens on the user's own VPS - the app sends commands, the user's terminal executes them
